Driver verification
Before any driver can accept their first trip on A2B Lift, they go through a comprehensive multi-step verification process that we review manually.
While you ride
Share your real-time route with family or friends directly from the app. They see every turn until you arrive.
One tap sends your live GPS location, driver details, and trip information to your pre-set emergency contacts and our 24/7 safety team.
Check your driver's name, photo, vehicle, and plate number before you get in. If anything doesn't match, don't board.
Need to contact your driver? All calls and messages go through an anonymised relay — your personal number is never shared.
Passengers rate drivers and drivers rate passengers after every trip. Low-rated accounts on either side are reviewed automatically.

Before every shift
Before a driver can go online, they complete a real-time selfie check. Our system confirms that the person behind the wheel matches the verified profile on file. No pass, no trips.
